  • Resume data: Resume files you upload for analysis. These are stored securely in your private account.
  • Job descriptions: Job description text you paste for AI keyword matching.
  • Usage data: Analytics data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration.
  • Payment information: Payment details are processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide ATS resume checking and AI analysis services.
  • To generate optimized resumes based on your data and selected templates.
  • To process credit purchases and maintain your account balance.
  • To improve our services through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
  • To send transactional emails related to your account (password resets, purchase confirmations).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Resume files are stored in Supabase cloud storage with access restricted to your authenticated account. Database connections are encrypted in transit. We use secure, httpOnly cookies for session management.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your resume content is processed through Google's Gemini AI for analysis and generation purposes only. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

  • Access: You can view all your uploaded resumes, analyses, and transaction history from your account.
  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
  • Data export: You can download your generated resumes in PDF or DOCX format at any time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics for anonymized usage tracking. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.
