1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ressumi AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ressumi AI provides ATS (Applicant Tracking System) resume checking, AI-powered job description matching, and resume generation services. The Service includes both free and paid features accessible through a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased through Razorpay and are non-refundable once used.
Purchased credits do not expire.
Free signup credits (10 credits) are granted once per account.
Credit costs per feature: AI Analysis (3 credits), Resume Generation (2 credits), PDF/DOCX Export (1 credit each).
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload malicious files or content that violates applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service beyond normal usage.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.
Impersonate another person or create multiple accounts for abuse.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all resume content you upload. Resumes generated by the Service are yours to use freely. The Ressumi AI name, logo, and platform design are the property of Ressumi AI and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that ATS scores or AI-generated resumes will result in job interviews or employment. Resume optimization suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ressumi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or missed job opportunities.

9. Refund Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that results in credits being deducted without receiving the expected service, contact us within 7 days for a credit restoration.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
